The Formation - Group Mentoring Program

Once a month, your son or daughter will gather with a small group of peers and two dedicated mentors for a2 hour session built around conversation, a shared meal, and real-life topics that matter to teenagers. Young men meet separately from young women — each group led by mentors of the same gender who have walked this road themselves.

The program is faith-based in its values and approach — grounded in timeless principles of character, purpose, and identity — but is not affiliated with any particular church or denomination. Sessions are designed so that students do most of the talking. Mentors ask questions, share from their own experience, and walk alongside your child — not just in the monthly session, but through consistent contact in between. Participation is completely voluntary.

Over twelve months, your child will work through four stages of growth:

• Know Yourself — Who am I, really? Where does my worth come from?
• Master Yourself — How do I build discipline, choose better friendships, and communicate well?
• Lead Yourself and Others — What does it look like to take responsibility and lead with integrity?
• Launch Into Purpose — What am I here for, and how do I build toward it?
• Every session ends with a concrete challenge your child takes home — something specific to work on before the next gathering. Growth doesn't happen once a month; it happens in the daily choices.
