TASTING PARTNER AGREEMENT
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tennessee Valley is honored that your business is participating as a Tasting Partner in Wicked Wine Down at The Roundhouse in Huntsville on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 6–10 PM. Your participation helps us create a memorable community experience while supporting life-changing one-on-one mentoring relationships for local youth. There is no monetary fee to participate; however, we ask all Tasting Partners to follow the guidelines below.
TASTING PARTNER GUIDELINES
- Minimum sample tasting portions to feed 200 people are requested for the event. Please plan to keep your tasting item available until 8:30 PM so guests can experience your business.
- One table and tablecloth will be provided. If you need a rear prep table, please indicate that on the agreement form.
- Each Tasting Partner is responsible for providing at least one tasting option and a minimum of one server to work the station. Servers should not leave the station unattended for extended periods. Event volunteers will be available to assist when possible. BBBSTV will provide plates, bowls, napkins, and eating utensils.
- If electricity is required, it MUST be indicated on the agreement form. Electrical connections are limited and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each Tasting Partner is responsible for its own table decor, serving pieces, food-service equipment, and any specialty supplies needed for its tasting.
- Menus, brochures, business cards, QR codes, and other approved promotional materials may be displayed. BBBSTV reserves the right to approve additional banners or signage.
- Each Tasting Partner will receive two complimentary tickets to Wicked Wine Down to share with customers, employees, friends, or guests. These tickets are not required for staff working your station.
- If you plan to bring more than two staff members, please notify Chris Talley in advance at ctalley@bbbsna.org.
- Retail sales are prohibited during the event.
- Participating Tasting Partners will receive recognition through Wicked Wine Down marketing, event materials, and social media as available. Please provide a high-resolution JPEG or PNG logo for promotional use.
- Please notify Chris Talley at ctalley@bbbsna.org once your tasting selection has been confirmed.
- Additional logistical information - including load-in, arrival time, parking, setup instructions, and final attendance information - will be shared as the event approaches.
